    Days 13, 14 and 15

    Bank holiday Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday have gone by in a blur. I’ve ate quite healthy ie pastry-less quiche with salad, WW burgers, salad, Actifry chips, lots of fruit etc. I’ve also engaged in lots of housework like cleaning windows, hoovering, I’ve walked quite a lot and attended yoga and swimming at Bannatyne’s. So not a bad 3 days. However, I’m feeling it’s the quiet before the storm as I’m away with girlfriends at the weekend and I can feel lots of prosecco, crisps, afternoon tea, chocolate and hot tub time coming our way. Maybe if we keep moving around the hot tub it may burn off some calories! We…

    Day 7

    Let me begin by congratulating my sister and my mum they lost 1.5lbs and 2lbs respectively. My day: Breakfast knock off crunchy nut cornflakes, cup of tea. Walk to sister-in-law’s to help with moving house. Mid morning coffee. Lunch lean ham in buttered bun with pickle, packet of salted crisps, cup of tea. Mid afternoon coffee, very rich lemon curd biscuit (the high end type you buy someone for a gift when you can’t think of anything else). Tea lemon sole, Actifry chips, salad, low fat yoghurt and fresh fruit, cup of tea, glass of water. College for creative writing class to exercise the old grey matter. Late snack cup…

    Day 2

    Day 2 started much the same as yesterday. Hike/semi-jog around village (27 mins 11secs). Breakfast – 2 x Weetabix, cup of tea Housework Mid morning – Coffee, banana Housework Lunch – Yesterdays’s left over pastry-less quiche, 4 x cherry tomatoes, cup of tea, Jaffa Cake Gym – 30 minutes treadmill Mid afternoon – Cup of tea, tangerine Tea – Chicken, sweet potato, carrot, turnip, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, small amount of onion/mushroom gravy. Glass of water, cup of tea. Creative writing course at local college. Evening snack – Cup of tea, digestive biscuit I feel today was a good day. A fair mix of exercise, down time and healthy eating.…
